We’ve added a “Record Mailing” option to the delinquent license applications page, so your staff can now log when delinquency notices are sent, the same way it works for license renewal mailings. Set the postmark date, choose the license type category, and record the mailing in one step.
The new feature also respects any filters you’ve applied to the delinquency list. If you’ve narrowed your view by expiration date, license type, or jurisdiction, the mailing record will only apply to the applications you’re actually looking at, and the form confirms the exact count before you submit.
