Your Community CRM
GovPossible encourages the reuse of addresses, parcels, contacts, and businesses across modules and over time. This let's you the rich connections within your business community, like a person’s business history, what one landlord manages the most properties, or to what locations a business has relocated over time. You can share some of that same information with your community! GovPossible includes a public business directory that integrates with your license module so you can always show visitors to your website the current town businesses.
Rich Calculation Capability
Running complicated multi-tiered calculations is no problem in GovPossible. The system also shows you the math, giving you piece of mind that the calculation is running correctly as well as educating the customer on the calculation process. Additionally, optional fees can be tied to a license, so items like decals, applications fees, and re-inspection fees can all be added and linked back to the license. Finally, we can auto-calculate late fees, either as fixed amounts or as a percentage of the total, and those late fees can increase on your schedule.

Use data provided by the customer to help ensure the right license type is selected. For example, if your licensing is driven by NAICS codes, you can search through the code description to choose the correct code and then have the appropriate license types displayed to you, helping make the application process faster, reduce errors, and eliminate the need to send customers revised calculations.

Save Time on Renewals
For any renewing licenses, GovPossible auto-creates the renewal on the date of your choosing. Wake up the next morning with all your renewals setup so you're ready to go into action! The renewal form can be tailored to the information needed by your particular jurisdiction. The renewal period is completely custom to you as well. Whether you're completely in the digital age, still do things by hand, or are somewhere in between, we have your covered. If you mail renewals to your constituents, your renewal form is designed to print easily into batches and print so that you can use a windowed envelope; no need to print and stick on a separate set of labels! If you use a printer to fulfill your delivery needs you can easily export all the necessary data. Of course, if you're partially or fully digital, you can also choose to email renewals to your licensees.
Improve Delinquency Management
The deadline may have passed, but your job isn't done. Managing delinquent account efficiently is almost as important as getting the renewals out in the first place. Delinquency letters are available to print in batch on the first day after licenses are due and update automatically. Your delinquency letter can be customized to you. Like all our notices, they are meant for easy insertion to windowed envelopes or can be emailed. If your jurisdiction has an assessment process for unreported renewals, you can run it through GovPossible. Have the system auto-assess based on past reporting and adjust that reported amount by a percentage. You can also provide a minimum assessment amount. Assessment letters and a built-in workflow are also included so you can track the process through enforcement.
