Rich Calculation Capability
Running complicated multi-tiered calculations is no problem in GovPossible. Additionally, optional fees can be tied to a permit, so items like decals, applications fees, and re-inspection fees can all be added and linked back. Finally, we can auto-calculate late fees, either as fixed amounts or as a percentage of the total, and those late fees can increase on your schedule.

Field Inspections
Our robust inspection system can be as simple as assigning all inspections to a queue for your term, or as complicated as having a delegation step and letting inspectors schedule their permits for the day in our daily calendar view. All of it can be done in the field from their mobile devices. The inspections themselves can have custom states (i.e., Open, Assigned, Approved, Corrections Required) and those states can trigger various actions, such as emailing someone or closing the ticket.
