The Delinquency Management module under the Notices hat includes the Unlicensed and Repeat Delinquents tabs for further categorization.
The Unlicensed tab lists all businesses that are currently active but don’t hold any active license.
The Repeat Delinquents tab lists businesses with multiple periods of overdue license applications and includes a category filter for difference types of license applications.
Each month, designated staff members will receive an email of the monthly delinquency summary, with a count of unlicensed and delinquent businesses, and with direct links to the full reports.
