Supervisors now have a dedicated Task Delegator screen to see and assign the tasks their team is responsible for. The Task Delegator will show up as a new module under Permitting and as a tab in the Tasks module. Like the Inspection Delegator, the Task Delegator shows all active tasks grouped by date, alongside a list of open, unassigned tasks that need an owner.
Tasks are ordered by due date, with overdue Tasks listed at the top, followed by groupings of today, tomorrow, future dates in sequential order, and any tasks without a specified due date.
Delegation is controlled at the user level. Each supervisor’s account specifies exactly which staff members they may delegate to and which types of tasks they may hand off. For cleanliness, the Task Delegator only appears in the navigation if the account has members it can delegate tasks to.
