When updating an Inspection Visit, both adding a new Condition to the Inspection and updating the Inspection Visit Status can be done simultaneously or individually from the Inspection Visit update screen.
Like with Conditions in the Inspection page, the Condition in the Inspection Visit provides a link to the Condition if its description needs to be updated or any images need to be added. The Conditions also include the date the condition was added (through the Inspection Visit update).
Conditions made in the Inspection Visit page will also transfer to the parent Inspection’s page and to the Conditions table under future inspections. (Conditions are external and will appear on issued documents and notices.)
