Condition photos taken during inspections are automatically displayed on the public permit portal. When inspectors attach photos to inspection conditions, those images appear alongside the condition details that residents and contractors see.
Photos are shown by default, but staff have the control to toggle the portal visibility for each image.
This update helps reduce follow-up calls from contractors and residents who need to see inspection results, while giving your team the flexibility to manage what’s visible on a photo-by-photo basis.
