The community portal dashboard has been redesigned to put everything important front and center the moment a user log in.
The updated dashboard now shows any outstanding license or permit fees listed with the amount due and a link to pay, active license and permit applications showing their current status so, and issued permits include the ability to request inspections from the dashboard. Upcoming scheduled inspections and an option to request reinspections are also shown. The introductory welcome text can now be hidden after your first visit for returning users.
These changes are all for saving customer time. Each section loads independently, so the information will appear quickly without waiting for the entire page to finish loading.
