We’ve added a new Renewal Auditor that automatically scans every active business location and checks for gaps in license and application coverage. For each license category, the auditor reviews the full history of records and identifies any missing periods. When it finds a gap, it creates the appropriate renewal application and calculates estimated charges so nothing gets overlooked.
The auditor runs automatically on the 5th of every month and sends a summary report showing exactly what was created, organized by license category. Built-in safety limits flag any unusual situations for staff review rather than making changes without oversight.
Staff can also run the auditor manually at any time with a dry-run option. This previews what the auditor would create without actually making any changes, giving you full confidence before proceeding. Each suggestion can be individually reviewed, created, or ignored, putting you in complete control.
