We’ve made several improvements to the Codes Enforcement case detail page that make it easier to find property information and manage case records. The Location field now displays the parcel number directly and links to the record, opening in a new tab so you can easily go back to the Codes Case. The Edit Case action also features a clearer edit icon at the top of the details.
You can now also delete violations and actions directly from a case when they are no longer needed. Violations can be removed as long as no actions have been recorded against them, keeping your case history accurate. Every deletion is automatically recorded in the case activity log, so your team always has a complete audit trail of changes. These updates give you more flexibility to keep case records clean and up to date without losing accountability.
