We’ve added a new Description field to inspections, giving you the ability to provide specific instructions and notes directly on each inspection. Whether it’s special access requirements, areas of focus, or particular items to check, you can now communicate exactly what inspectors need to know before they head out.
Once added, these details are visible to inspectors when they view or update their assigned visits, so nothing gets lost in translation. Inspectors will see the description right alongside the other inspection information they rely on to do their work.
The description also prints directly on the inspection PDF, making it easy to share detailed instructions in print or as an attachment. This means your team can keep all relevant inspection guidance in one place — no more separate emails or sticky notes to convey special instructions.
