Ever have a situation where a business has been bought out, or you misspelled the business’s name and accidentally create them twice? No? Uh.. no.. then neither have I… no sirree!
Ahem… well, in case you *have*, it’s no problem in GovPossible. Go to the business you want to keep and click the ‘merge’ button:
Search for the business you want to merge…
and then voila!
GovPossible merges the selected business into your current one, bringing over:
- Locations and Location History
- Licenses & Oustanding Applications
- Certifications
- Contacts
- Permits (if they’re a contractor)
- Transactions
- Notes
- PII
- Documents
…and then adds the name of the merged business as an alias to the current one. So if you forget, you can still find them!
